Sous Chef

Following the departure of our Sous Chef (five years at the Cavendish) to take up his first Head Chef appointment at a prestigious Country House Hotel, we are looking for a talented replacement.

This is a great opportunity for a talented, well organised, enthusiastic chef, looking to be part of a busy, well-renowned two restaurant operation with 2AA Rosettes for food.

You will already have a depth of experience cooking in at least one and two Rosette level establishments, must be able to demonstrate responsibility within the positions you have held, team leadership and development and have a sound grasp of kitchen management and gross profit achievement.

Chef De Partie

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant Supervisor  to join our highly motivated team.

You will already have experience working in a rosette establishment, be dedicated to your profession and have ambition  to assist maintaining our existing 2 rosette standards.

You must demonstrate a flair for team work, customer service and have excellent communication skills.

This is a full time position, 174 hours per month. Good rates of pay plus share of service levy and numerous benefits associated with being a Chatsworth employee.

Pastry Chef de Partie

We currently have a vacancy for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to work in the busy Cavendish kitchen. You must be able to demonstrate solid experience in a pastry section of at least a 3AA rosette kitchen at a commis or junior Chef de Partie level and have gained your NVQ level 3 in pastry. You will now be ready to assume responsibility for the running of a pastry section in our 2AA Rosette kitchen, servicing two restaurants. Afternoon teas are our speciality; you must be able to bring creative ideas for desserts and fresh cakes, ensuring that our products remain exciting and up to date.

CHEF DE PARTIE

You will already have Chef de Partie experience working in a rosette establishment, be dedicated to your profession and have ambition to assist maintaining our existing 2 rosette standards.

You must demonstrate a flair for cooking, with a modern approach and have excellent communication skills.
