Pastry Chef de Partie

We currently have a vacancy for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to work in the busy Cavendish kitchen. You must be able to demonstrate solid experience in a pastry section of at least a 3AA rosette kitchen at a commis or junior Chef de Partie level and have gained your NVQ level 3 in pastry. You will now be ready to assume responsibility for the running of a pastry section in our 2AA Rosette kitchen, servicing two restaurants. Afternoon teas are our speciality; you must be able to bring creative ideas for desserts and fresh cakes, ensuring that our products remain exciting and up to date.

CHEF DE PARTIE

You will already have Chef de Partie experience working in a rosette establishment, be dedicated to your profession and have ambition to assist maintaining our existing 2 rosette standards.

You must demonstrate a flair for cooking, with a modern approach and have excellent communication skills.

Full time position, 174 hours per month. Good rates of pay plus share of service levy and numerous benefits associated with being a Chatsworth employee
