The Boardroom

The Boardroom at The Cavendish Hotel is situated on the ground floor overlooking the garden. It is furnished with red leather upholstery, antique brass lights, fine lithographic prints and features an open fireplace. 

The room is designed for meetings, receptions or dining and can seat 18 boardroom style or 20 theatre style. The area is well lit, carries ample phone, tv and power sockets and has interlined curtains. A flip chart and screen is available free of charge and audio visual equipment can be hired.

The Private Dining Room

The Private Dining Room at the Cavendish adjoins the restaurant. It has the same spectacular views and contains several of the hotel’s fine collection of oil paintings. It is designed for meetings, receptions or dining and can seat up to 10 persons boardroom style.
The area is well lit, carries ample phone, tv and power sockets and has interlined curtains. A flip chart and screen is available free of charge and audio visual equipment can be hired.

Delegate Rate: £205.00 per person

Minimum number of 8 delegates for the 24 hour rate.

Sharing twin bedded accommodation £145.50 per person

All rates are inclusive of VAT at 20.0% An additional 5% service levy will be charged on all goods and services supplied during your stay which is distributed directly to the staff.

Non Residential Conferences

Meeting Room Hire: £75.00 – Half Day | £120.00 – Full Day

Morning Coffee/Afternoon Tea: £3.95 per person

Luncheon (Buffet): from £24.50 per person to £30.65
